A short, plain-language summary of what this website collects and what we do with it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act.
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, contact number, an optional email address, the service you are asking about, your preferred language and your message. Please do not send medical history, ID numbers or test results through the form — bring those to your consultation instead.
So that a member of the practice team can contact you about your enquiry or appointment request. We do not use these details for marketing and we do not sell or share them with third parties.
Website enquiries are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless the enquiry has become part of your clinical record — in which case the retention rules for health records apply.
Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database used only by this practice. Only practice staff who deal with appointments can read them.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. You may also object to us processing it.
