What happens, step by step
Before you arrive
Phone or WhatsApp reception to book. Tell us if the matter is urgent so we can find the earliest slot.
At the front desk
Anke, our practice manager, captures your details digitally. There are no paper forms to complete in the waiting room.
In the room
Your practitioner takes a history, examines you where needed, and explains what they find in plain language.
On the way out
You leave with a clear plan: prescription, sick note, referral, or a follow-up date. Repeats can be arranged by phone.

What to bring
- Your ID document
- Your medical aid card, if you belong to a scheme
- Your current medicines, or a list of them
- Recent test results, scans or hospital letters
- For children: the Road to Health booklet
If it's an emergency
This website and our enquiry form are not monitored after hours. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, a head injury, sudden weakness or any situation you believe is life-threatening, go straight to the nearest emergency department or call an ambulance on 10177 (or 112 from a mobile).
