What a visit involves
- 01A first session of roughly an hour: your health history, current eating pattern and what you would like to change.
- 02Measurements where relevant, such as weight, height and waist.
- 03A written plan in plain language, with realistic swaps rather than a rigid diet sheet.
- 04Follow-up sessions to adjust the plan as life changes.
What to bring
- Recent blood results, if you have them
- A list of your current medicines and supplements
- A rough note of what you ate over the last two or three days
- Your medical aid card, if you belong to a scheme
Who it suits
Anyone managing a condition where food matters, parents with questions about children's eating, and adults who want a sustainable plan rather than a fad.
